Richard joined GPW in 2023. He has a wealth of expertise, particularly within the real estate industry. His professional background encompasses servicing equity firms involved in multi-tiered partnerships with a focus on multi-state tax compliance, as well as debt funds engaged in originating loans through Real Estate Investment Trust (REITS), and family offices. Richard’s portfolio also extends to working with corporate entities, individuals and DSTs (Delaware Statutory Trusts). He is know for his commitment to fostering positive relationships, both with clients and colleagues.
Richard earned his BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from University of California Riverside, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. During his time there he was the president of Tau Sigma’s Beta Alpha Chapter, a National Honors Society.
In his spare time he enjoys reading, maintaining an active lifestyle through exercise, and honing his golfing skills. Above all Richard loves spending time doing anything and everything with his wife and two daughters, relishing every opportunity for quality family time.
