Hayden joined GPW in June 2023. He is an accomplished and results-driven leader with a comprehensive background in advising high-net-worth clients. Hayden possesses a proven track record in navigating complex tax structures, wealth management, and estate planning. He is well-versed in both current and proposed tax laws, providing expert guidance and compliance services for estates, trusts and individuals.
As a Senior Tax Manager at GPW, Hayden specializes in trust, estate and gift tax matters. His extensive expertise includes asset protection, complex trusts, and estate planning combined with tax compliance. Hayden excels in advising clients on the treatment of complex tax structures, as well as providing consulting services and ensuring tax compliance for international clients. He remains constantly vigilant, monitoring any proposed or enacted tax laws to provide the most up-to-date insights and has a thorough understanding of Federal and multi-state tax returns for individuals and legal entity maintenance.
Hayden received his Master of Laws in Taxation from the Washington University School of Law St. Louis. He earned his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School, graduated on the Dean’s Leadership Council, and was a recipient of the Dean’s Leadership Council Scholarship. He also received his BA in Psychology with a concentration in Neuroscience from Wilkes University. His thesis on stress and memory recall was published in the Modern Psychological Studies Journal.
Hayden is affiliated with AICPA and is a member of the Intellectual Property Law Association and the Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Association. Outside of his professional pursuits, he is a football, hockey and extreme sports enthusiast and enjoys spending all of his spare time with his wife and son.
