Dan joined GPW in 2019, specializing in the preparation of partnership, S-Corporation, and individual tax returns. His expertise extends to providing clients with consulting services related to the Employee Retention Credit, along with implementing strategies to optimize economic benefits while ensuring compliance with tax laws. Dan values the relationships fostered in his profession, whether it’s the dynamic between the firm and clients or the collaborative teamwork within GPW to move a project forward accurately and completely.
Dan relocated to San Diego from Colorado, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Accounting from Regis University. Prior to working in accounting, Dan was a fundraiser for a non-profit that focused on environmental protection.
Dan is a member of CalCPA. Outside of work and studying for the CPA Exam, Dan enjoys playing the drums, camping with his family, and making his kids laugh.
