Claire joined GPW in 2018 after completing the intern program. She is now a California Certified Public Accountant who works on tax returns for partnerships, S-corporations and individuals in a variety of industries. She has a particular interest and expertise in tax complexities related to stock compensation, including incentive stock options, restricted stock units, and employee stock purchase plans.
Claire earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University, where she graduated cum laude, also winning the outstanding senior award. She then earned her Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from Liberty University.
Claire is affiliated with CalCPA, AICPA and regularly supports the CalCPA Active Lifestyle Committee events. She is also on the advisory board of the Salvation Army Easy County Red Shield community center and volunteers with the youth and music programs at the Salvation Army weekly. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, playing the drums, swimming and cooking.
